More Than: Life Begins

Life Begins is a mentorship program designed to support young mothers ages 12–21 as they navigate pregnancy, early motherhood, and the personal growth that comes with it. The program provides guidance, encouragement, and a safe space where participants can reflect, learn, and build confidence in themselves and their parenting journey.

Through meaningful conversations, life skills, mentorship, and community connection, participants are reminded that becoming a mother does not mean their life or future is over—it is simply the beginning of a new chapter. MTLB encourages young mothers to recognize that they are more than their circumstances and that their lives are still full of purpose, possibility, and grow
